Honda/Acura Engine Simulator
WHAT IS THE BMSimulator
The BMSimulator is an Engine Simulator used to alternativly test Honda/Acura OBD1 ecu's on the bench. It supplies the signals of the distributor (rpm signals) and many sensors so that an ECU can be fooled into thinking it has a functioning, running engine connected when it is safely on the bench.

Note:
The BMSimulator cannot simulate IACV (idle air control valve) behavior well enough to avoid the Code14. The IACV Code14 can be disabled in your favorite tuning software on your original baserom (.bin)

REQUIREMENT:
-2.1mm Power supply between 12-17v not included.
-OBD1 Engine Harness not included.
The BMSimulator has terminal block connections suitable for building a harness easily.
Simulator Power Supply:
The BMSimulator is supplied without a power supply, it has a center-positive 2.1mm barrel jack for power.
Suitable adapters should be between 12-17v DC output with a minimal of ~700mA current.
Simulator Wire Harness:
The BMSimulator is supplied without the harness, you must construct your own. You will need a set of OBD1 ecu connectors plugs from a 92-95 Honda Civic, Accord, Prelude, etc (you can use the plugs from a OBD1 conversion harness). The correct pinouts for the wire harness are visible underneath the BMSimulator to ensure an easier and faster installation!

**On the BMSimulator's sold before November 23th 2020, the auto-resetable PTC Fuse was a little too small, it was speced as 16V - 0.35A. This can cause the BMSimulator to shut down unexpectedly for some users since the current draw from the Ecu get a little over 0.35A!**
